Working with and ultimately making wine always symbolized something
very special to me:
slowing down and being creative, handcrafting a product that brings
joy to people and encourages
spending time with friends and family, and finding passion in one’s
work.
My commitment to this journey is to consistently handcraft the highest-quality
Pinot Noir from
some of the finest vineyard sources. Using a non-interventionist
approach and grounded in the
belief that extraordinary wines come from extraordinary grapes,
I will produce wines using
traditional techniques, paired with the finest French artisan cooperage,
and limiting production to
ensure the highest quality. Because wine is best enjoyed over a
good meal, I will always strive to
craft wines that complement food.
